Town of McCormick is seeking licensed and bonded contractor(s) to provide replacement of the HVAC system at its Town Hall – 117 West Augusta Street, McCormick.
The property can be viewed from April 30 to May 6, 2026. Any potential bids will need to be returned to the Town Hall Offices, located at 117 W Augusta Street, McCormick, SC 29835 – Marked “Town Hall, HVAC Replacement”, no later than May 7, 2026, 10 AM, at which time bids will be opened and contractor selected. Work to be completed by May 31, 2026.
